- An outdoor wedding site is included with a paid Event Center rental. The gazebo is included with a paid Gerber House or Historic Complex rental.
- A Benham’s Grove staff member will be present during your event.
- Tables and chairs are included with your rental. We have an assortment of 3-foot, 4-foot and 5-foot rounds, 6-foot and 8-foot banquet tables and bistro tables.
- Benham’s Grove allows renters to choose their caterer and vendors.
- Benham’s Grove does not provide linens or tableware, leaving you free to choose exactly what you want from a vendor of your choice.
- A 20% discount is available to City of Centerville residents and businesses.
- Reservations made within two weeks of an event date are eligible for 50% off the Event Center rental rate.
- Customers cannot combine discounts.
- Benham’s Grove collects a $500 deposit with a contract to secure a date. This deposit will be deducted from your final amount due and is non-refundable. The event payment is divided into two payments: one-half due six months before the event and one-half due three months before the event.
