Frequently asked Questions:

  1. An outdoor wedding site is included with a paid Event Center rental. The gazebo is included with a paid Gerber House or Historic Complex rental.
  2. A Benham’s Grove staff member will be present during your event.
  3. Tables and chairs are included with your rental. We have an assortment of 3-foot, 4-foot and 5-foot rounds, 6-foot and 8-foot banquet tables and bistro tables.
  4. Benham’s Grove allows renters to choose their caterer and vendors.
  5. Benham’s Grove does not provide linens or tableware, leaving you free to choose exactly what you want from a vendor of your choice.
  6. A 20% discount is available to City of Centerville residents and businesses.
  7. Reservations made within two weeks of an event date are eligible for 50% off the Event Center rental rate.
  8. Customers cannot combine discounts.
  9. Benham’s Grove collects a $500 deposit with a contract to secure a date. This deposit will be deducted from your final amount due and is non-refundable. The event payment is divided into two payments: one-half due six months before the event and one-half due three months before the event.
